We start off the day making
Chevre, a mild,soft goat cheese
| Once the curds are set, we
pour them into cheese cloth and let them drain.

| All done and ready to mix
some yummy herbs into it.
| Of course, making some
great mozzarella is also in order!

| Nothing like great mozzarella
on pizza, lasagna, fresh tomatoes, etc.....

feta!

to sit for a few days to ripen

| Making soap is great fun!
| John made us all laugh when
he turned a soft bar shapped soap into a nice round ball.

the soap is ready to age for six to eight weeks!
